Lauren was my first hire as I transitioned to a new role of Manager of Allocations and Replenishment, a role I had limited technical knowledge of. Prior to the time Lauren came on, the category was not running efficiently, morale was low, and there was a general lack of results. From day 1, Lauren applied a defined process approach to quickly fix bad processes, train new associates as we filled in talent, and worked lock step with me to challenge the incumbent strategies to ensure they were productive and necessary. As time moved on, we started driving positive results, better team morale, and a strongly skilled and effective team (due to the training processes Lauren put in place).
