I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lauren for around one year. I personally oversaw her development and it was absolutely astounding. She has been very inquisitive from the first day I met her. During a period, we had one less person within our management team which created an elevated level of work and stress. Lauren was one of the few who elevated her level by doing numerous management roles at that time. This included leading training sessions, delivering one to one feedback to agents, completing clientele error reports, supervising the floor when management were unavailable and assisted by bringing a different input on how tasks can be worked. Lauren rightfully earned herself a new role within the team and is now excelling being part of management. I’m lucky to have her in a time when I felt personally overwhelmed with work and she came in and hit the ground running. Her passion to grow within the financial industry is a desirable trait and she would be an asset to any team in the future!

Lauren has flourished in her role as a Fraud Analyst. Her intelligence and unparalleled work ethic have made her a benchmark for all colleagues. She is very analytical and is an excellent communicator which has enabled her to excel at every task given. Her adaptability and willingness to provide support, especially to new colleagues makes her a valued member of the team. Lauren has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I strongly believe that she would be a great asset to any company.

This role within my school allowed myself and the team of ambassadors to take control of our final year at secondary school. As a team we organised a leaver's yearbook and leaver's prom for everyone to attend. We would represent the school at conferences and events we attended, both internally and externally. Regular meetings with the Head of Year and Headteacher allowed me to be a voice for my fellow peers, and offer my ideas and opinions on matters presented to me.
