I had the privilege of watching Laure grow in the organization, from the moment she joined until she became part of the executive team that succeeded mine. She was always keen to develop and implement projects which would improve our operations, and would regularly take initiative in her role. About a year after I had completed my term as President of AIESEC Laval, I attended the annual Gala she organized, which proved to be a pleasant experience. I truly believe that Laure's drive and determination can get her through any challenge that comes her way.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Laure in November 2014 during my visit to Montreal for AIESEC Canada Train the Trainers (TtT) seminar. I was co-facilitating the sessions for Laure and eight other local AIESEC members who attended TtT. During the three day seminar, Laure displayed great enthusiasm and team work. Her willingness to adapt to different situations and act on them showed her confidence and motives. She demonstrated great presentation skills that reflected her interests for public speaking. Laure also came across as a great team player as she worked with the other AIESEC members to prepare and present a final presentation. Her friendly nature allows her to start and continue solid conversations and connections. It was great being her trainer and mentor during the seminar, I wish her all the very best!
