Under the umbrella of United Way, managed the relationship with 140 youth development organizations in Metro Atlanta, worked with community members to develop new partnership to meet the regions goal of providing high quality afterschool programs that improved graduations rates, health outcomes and leadership opportunities. Additional responsibilities included working with a volunteer committee to help allocated the $10 million dollar portfolio annually, provide the regional with professional development opportunities, one of the founders of the Georgia Afterschool Investment Council (now GASN), member of the CrossCities Network and team member of the UWGA strategic plan.
