To increase the quality of the library's programming, I regularly networked and built strategic partnerships with community organizations, local businesses, and city government. This resulted in the development of collaborative community programs such as the Annual Photography Contest and Exhibition, which created lasting partnerships between the library and local art galleries. I also coordinated hosting two special exhibitions at the library from the National Holocaust Museum and Boston Public Library. This included submitting grant applications to the National Endowment for the Arts, writing press releases, creating marketing materials, coordinating volunteers, and hosting special events.
