Adam, and Dr. Ir. D. Sluik. PREVIEW is a multinational diabetes prevention project. The primary goal of PREVIEW is to identify the most efficient lifestyle pattern for the prevention of type-2 diabetes in a population of pre-diabetic overweight or obese individuals. The project comprises two distinct lines of evidence, both embracing European and overseas countries: 1) A multicentre, clinical randomised intervention trial with a total of 2,500 pre-diabetic participants, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults; 2) Large population studies using data from all age groups. Within this project, I focused on the intervention trial.
