An agency is often only as good as its clients allow it to be. Laura is a great example of the kind of client that encourages great work from an agency. In my experience working with Laura on the Progressive business, encouraged great thinking, drove us hard to bring new ideas to the table and allowed us to take risks when necessary. She was a creative but strategic thinker and a pleasure to work with.
