Within the HR recruitment team, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment life-cycle as well supporting the team with a variety of HR and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities • Providing targeted and efficient candidate resourcing support to the team. This includes conducting in-depth telephone screenings, scheduling both consultant and client facing interviews, providing interview preparation and feedback. • Conducting stringent compliance processes to ensure candidates are fully compliant to work within the Education sector, the NHS, complex public sector contracts and the private sector. • Creating engaging copy, advertising roles and candidate profiles on the Hays website and a number of HR specific job boards. Also producing targeted email marketing campaigns for the team on a weekly basis. • Responsible for the management of various career portals, uploading CVs for specific roles, including experience using Oracle, Kenexa BrassRing and WorkDay. • Acting as the first point of contact for all general queries, including supporting candidates with temporary assignment enquiries surrounding holiday allowance, submitting online timesheets and pre-employment checks. • Issuing HR correspondence including contracts of employment and reference requests. • Liaising with a variety of senior external stakeholders on a regular basis – providing a consistent service in the absence of other team members and continuing to promote the Hays values to new and existing clients. • Scheduling meetings and diary management using Microsoft Outlook for a Senior Business Director and two senior consultants. • Collating and distributing key market data using Microsoft Excel to the team on a regular basis – providing up to date insight into job leads, market trends and candidate drivers. • CRM/Database management and manipulation – responsible for daily data input and system cleansing, updating and logging additional information where necessary.
