Responsible for designing the collection of training material to create a visually interesting and coherent manual for the Learner. The job required keen attention to detail and time management was key. Use of style guides were important to keep visual consistency throughout the material. Promoted to Graphic Design Manager in January ‘11 giving me responsiblity in overseeing the production of the training material ensuring the standard of quality has been met.
