I was able to train and facilitate their days by providing necessary resources and answering questions in a timely manner, while still achieving to meet my own goals of knocking over 150 doors per day, 7 days a week. I was in charge of the logistics for my teams and for the other new team leaders that needed materials and guidance. • I created safe environments through open dialogue and constant communication and transparency in every team that I had. I strictly followed the campaign’s safety protocols and guidelines.

  • Planned and executed marketing projects to improve community outreach for underprivileged communities, especially non-English-speaking patients. With the implementation of an interactive website and events, the dental office became involved in working with prospective dental students to offer guidance in both the office management and medical part of a dental practice. This attracted 2-3 new shadowers/interns who proceeded to get into dental school. • I was in charge of the office administration which included patient scheduling, being the liaison between Medicaid, private insurance companies, and patients. • Learned dental material to be able to accurately translate for Spanish-speaking patients. Looked for different resources to translate for non-Spanish and non-English speakers. • Overlooked budgeting and financial plans for patients and for the office while using Google Suite for the easy tracking of orders, payments, and credit.
