Laura has shared a vital five years with QS, producing and curating content for TopUniversities.com, during which time the site has grown to become one of the most popular international education websites in the world. She's well organised and hard-working with a natural and accessible writing style and a keen eye for a transformative edit. She has become very adept at interpreting complex concepts and data in straightforward terms demonstrating a quick grasp of the issues and rarely requiring further clarification. Rarely the loudest voice in the room, she is an active listener in any meeting and unafraid to share even critical opinions when making contributions. In addition to online content, Laura has also turned her hand very effectively to more technical report content for a professional and trade audience and has been able to adapt her writing to suit the intended audience as well as working very well with team members on projects. In brief, were I to sum up Laura in a professional capacity with just two words it would be, "quietly brilliant". She has been an asset to our team at QS and she will be an asset to any team she joins in future. She will be missed and wish her all the best.

Laura is one of the most efficient people I’ve ever worked with. She is well organised and always on top of things, which makes working with her easy and pleasant. Specifically, we worked together on publications and reports and Laura was able to interpret data quickly and report about it in a simple and clear writing. Result-oriented, she will always do her best to achieve hers and the team’s targets, becoming a great asset to the team.
