I'm investigating the outbreaks of endocarditis and HIV among people who inject drugs in London, ON. These outbreaks were declared a public health emergency in June, 2016 and are still ongoing. I'm working to elucidate the epidemiology, risk factors, and possible harm reduction strategies to stop these outbreaks.
