Laura and I have worked together twice, and both her Project Management and Hyperion skills prove to be extremely impressive. While working for a boutique consulting firm, Laura was a strong Project Manager who created and lead a global team to successfully manage a high-value enterprise client. By implementing processes, generating monthly operational schedules, and facilitating internal knowledge transfer, Laura was able to take the client from various disparate processes to a consolidated, efficient finance organization. Working with Laura in an FP&A capacity, she proved time and time again that her Hyperion knowledge is superior. She is able to drive efficiency in forecasting and budgeting processes by leveraging technology to gain value and reduce time. Laura has the distinct skill of tying the technical and operational sides of FP&A together, allowing members on both sides of the team to collaborate and make valuable decisions. Given the opportunity, I would absolutely like to work with Laura again.

I worked with Laura for more than a year as we were both involved in a global alliance to support maintenance of a whole set of EPM application for a big US customer. Laura set up a whole support team with people from various companies and countries, which was not an easy part. I was particularly impressed by Laura’s ability to handle both the client and the team, with great communication and organization skills along with functionnal knowledge. The whole team also beneficiated from her problem-solving competency and her great commitment contributed for sure to the sucess of this project. Most visible output is that client was very satisfied with the way the team managed by Laura handled all the maintenance tasks of their applications so that top management was very happy not to hear anymore complaints from users as they used to. I would recommend Laura as an asset to any company as she is a great communicant, result oriented, organized and always ready to put all her energy and time to get the job done.
