Laura's empowering support and mentorship with me throughout the past few years has made a huge impact on my transition from undergrad to my professional work life. I worked with Laura when i was an intern at the Voinovich School my senior year of college. Working with Laura, I observed someone who was very passionate and knowledgeable, and gave the space to allow others to share their knowledge and experiences. 2 years later and I still am thinking of the lessons she taught me and applying them to my professional and personal life. Laura and I stay in touch from time to time to give each other life updates and discuss the importance of professional development. I highly recommend Laura as a leader, mentor, coworker and person!

When I think of a true collaborator and person who leads by example, Laura is top of mind. I worked with Laura at the Voinovich School for 5 years on community-based initiatives aimed to increase leadership skills, build local capacity, and create systems change. Not only is she a skilled project manager and a savvy problem-solver, she has an amazing knack for connecting people and ensuring authentic representation and participation from all involved. As a colleague, she was always generous with her time and knowledge, and I could count on her for new perspectives and creative ideas, genuine support, and a positive spirit. I feel fortunate to have worked alongside Laura and to count her as a friend. I know she will continue making invaluable contributions through her work and to any team she’s on.
