Dedicated role in the Technical Finance team supporting the Technical Accountant. Management of monthly remittance forms including processing, data cleansing, monthly upload and reconciliation of receivables into the ledger to ensure accuracy in the accounts. This involves liaison with scheme employers, the data team and employer services team. Produce and issue cross-departmental weekly and monthly reports on missing data. Developed an interdepartmental system for Finance and Employer Services teams to track queries which has been successfully in place since 2018 and has improved KPIs, results for external users and cross-departmental relationships. Ad hoc tasks; producing and maintaining training manuals, providing training to new and current staff of varied levels both in office and via Microsoft Teams, taking WorldPay payments from members over the phone, cross team trained on invoicing. Daily use of Microsoft Excel, Unit4 Business World Agresso, UPM.
