Bridgette M. Thomas, Executive Leadership Coach

I had the pleasure of leading the charge to hire Laura as our CFO. Immediately upon meeting Laura, I was struck by her outgoing demeanor. I knew she would be a breath of fresh air for our team, and she proved me right. She added life and structure to a situation that had previously been somewhat chaotic. Laura wrapped her arms around the many challenges and got us back on track. She is tenacious, relentless about details and great at mobilizing her team. She is also not shy about speaking truth to power. Hiring Laura as our CFO was an outstanding decision and one the entire executive team fully benefited from and appreciated.

Laura and I worked together for several years at FIS. Laura is a team player in that she is willing to roll up her sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the project/budgets/month end complete. She is hard working and accurate. She would be a great addition to any company looking for a highly skilled manager who is also willing to dig in.
