Closed five months of revenue to bring books current. *Project leader for the implementation of Softrax for revenue and invoice processing. *Created documents supporting the company’s position on Vendor Specific Objective Evidence (VSOE) for maintenance and services and advised superiors on risk of potential loss of VSOE. *Cleaned up a backlog of eight states where the company was noncompliant with Sales and Use tax filings, resulting in a $70K refund from one state and waiving of penalties and interest in 2 others. *Achieved no penalties audit result with the State of Illinois.
