I work with students who have IEP's to ensure they are achieving the goals set forth in their IEP's. I also teach a pull out Language Arts class and a pull out math class. I see all students on my case load that are not on a consult only bases each day during advisory. During advisory students receive help with homework and projects they need to complete. I also work with the general education teachers by meeting with them to discuss any concerns they have about students we share, as well as to keep them informed of any changes that may be impacting our students.

I also worked with students that had serious medical concerns and challenging behaviors. I had the opportunity to co-teach a Life skills web-based curriculum that aligned with state standards.
