I would carry out regular 1:1’s, disciplinaries, call coaching, product training and job shadowing as well as interviewing and recruiting new members. I worked closely with the CEO and Directors to build key client relationships, implement campaigns, formulate targeted approaches and would highlight any new business opportunities as well as issues or changes as required. I acted as the business lead between IT and Operations in order to ensure any new product or system changes would allow the system to continue to operate and that new functionality met the given brief. I recognised the need for and created a new Internal Account Management team in order to to increase sustained client focus and drive long term business growth. I was given the responsibility of overseeing special campaigns; setting targets, analysing sign-up rates, monitoring the quality and quantity of contact being made by the team. As an example, I played a pivotal role in the implementation and launch of a brand new survey initiative which ultimately led to an increase in the number of Mortgage Intermediaries utilising the survey product.
