Laura Vergara is a joy to work with. Her leadership in design not only shows through the work executed, but in her ability to strategically think about each ask. She views projects for brands as a whole, even if they are one-off requests. She understands how to visually tell a story from the smallest spec to the largest script. I was lucky enough to work with Laura for over 3 years where I watched her grow from someone who was managed, to someone who managed. She was critical in the on-boarding of new creative teammates and is on the fast track to becoming a creative director, if she wanted to. Her expertise as I worked with her was in paid media digital and print design, along with assets required for on-site, event execution. Anyone would be lucky to work with such a thoughtful designer.
