We aim to see a day when the UK’s creative economy will truly reflect and represent our society. Our mission is to enable people from communities that are under-represented in creative industries, in terms of ethnicity, socio-economic background and disability or those facing significant barriers to employment, to access careers, progress and reach leadership.I oversee a team who support people from under-represented backgrounds into employment; to access creative careers and secure both jobs and progression opportunities in creative companies. We deliver a wide range of strategic programmes including masterclasses, mentoring, employability support, mental health and wellbeing sessions as well as leadership training. We work in partnership with a range of colleges, universities and over 500 employer partners.
