By understanding these challenges, I was tasked with pushing the company to expand our roadmap to include functional products that solve industry problems. Additionally, my team and I managed many implementation and custom development projects to insure projects remained in-scope and within budget. Lastly, I was the lead for Technical Sales, providing my knowledge and expertise during the sales process. As a VP, I was involved in strategic planning, marketing and crafting the product roadmap year after year, to produce a solution attractive to the market and potential investors.
