  I currently work as a Finance Systems Analyst for Kingston Council. Most of my work is focused on providing 1st and 2nd line user support as well as undertaking development work on our financial system Agresso.I am experienced in using many different modules on Agresso such as Financials, Common, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Logistics and System Admin. I also have a good knowledge of the programming language SQL and experience of creating bespoke excelerator reports. My knowledge of SQL means that I am able to develop and support many bespoke developments and reports required by the business.I am part of a small team that are responsible for the daily maintenance and running of the system as well as issue resolution.I have undertaken support work on many different projects including an upgrade to Agresso Milestone 5 software.
