Revamped the Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) process by implementing a more efficient tracking system that provided an accurate status on FLIPL’s and resulted in reduction in the amount of time to close FLIPL’s by 15%, as well as reducing the amount of loss to the Government. Investigates and analyze a wide variety of unusual and unique supply planning problems/issues and seeks resolution. Supervised the receipt, issue, inspection, inventory, segregation, storage, disposal, delivery and turn in of organization and installation supplies, materials and equipment. Prepared and reconciled all organizational supply and property book documentation in the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system. Flawlessly managed 56 companies Hand Receipts, Sensitive and Cyclic Inventories over 6 areas, and filled critical MTOE shortages to allow Units to operate at 100%. Operated and maintained automated supply systems to accurately account for over $1,300,000 of government furnished property. Added over 3,260 serial numbered end items to the organization property book will serving without discrepancies. Procured shortage items identified as mission critical. Responsible for physical security of small arms, weapons, repair parts and ammunition storage facilities. Instructed and trained subordinates in supply transactions, resulting in personnel becoming an asset in unit level supply operations. Performed two change of command inventories, accounting for equipment totaling over $1,000,000. Ensured over 1000 personnel and contractors received supplies during deployment to Africa and Korea.
