Placement 4: Information Governance Officer, NHS England - 8 months In NHS England's corporate Information Governance team I provided IG support for internal NHS England teams and supported the development of a Secondary Use Data Governance Tool (including website development) to help Integrated Care Systems to use data for population health management purposes. Placement 3: Research at Plymouth University's Institue for Health and Community - 6 weeks I worked with the a local housing association and Plymouth City Council's public health team to evaluate a collaborative project, producing their 1 year evaluation report. Activities included literature review and quantitative analysis of survey data. Placement 2: South West Yorkshire Mental Health Trust - 6 months In the Rehab and Recovery Services in West Yorkshire I led service improvement projects in vocational community mental health teams and supported the collection of service user feedback across teams. I helped develop, write and present to directors a business plan to support the Recovery Colleges across the Trust, leading to the Trust supporting the model we proposed. Placement 1: Choice and End of Life Care Team, NHS England - 7 months WIth an emphasis on person-centred care, I led a project concerned with forming evidence to show the benefits of increased personalisation and choice in End of Life Care. Activites included PMO, finding and working with suitable partners for the project and running a workshop with service users and clinical staff.
