      My research is focused on studying the interaction of special fusogenic liposomes with living cells. In order to characterize those liposomes, I use techniques such as fluorescence microscopy, FRAP, atomic force microscopy and micropipette aspiration to identify lipid lyotropic phases and determine mechanical moduli. Additionally, I analyze interactions with artificial cell model systems to elucidate key elements of the fusion process.
