My role at Santander involves informing customers on financial wellbeing whilst providing a seamless customer experience. Personalising my approach and building rapport to confidently educate clients about their finances. Liaising with professionals across a multitude of departments and seniority to explore the best outcome for the customer. Analysing data across a variety of complex systems to problem-solve and achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. During my time at Drinkaware, my training involved how to supervise vulnerable students on nights out and use de-escalation to reduce tensions. I liaised with a number of other individuals from a variety of professions including; street pastors, security teams, bar staff, venue managers, paramedics and police officials. It was my job to assess potentially dangerous situations and protect students who were a risk either to themselves or others.
