Laura was my Executive Assistant as Chairman of a professional association (UNSICAR) for a couple of years. Exercising her responsibilities, she demonstrated very good discipline and project management skills, while being pro-active in addressing the business needs. Laura was a great asset to our organization and it was not easy to replace her. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently and is able to fulfill tasks in due time. Laura was always willing to offer her assistance and had an excellent relationship with the many constituents served by our office including clients, employers, and other professional organizations. This is particularly valuable for any company, as she can effectively communicate with people across departments.
