  Il corso è finalizzato a raffinare le abilità comunicative, aumentare la capacità di interazione con il pubblico e rafforzare la presenza scenica. Si avvale di tecniche ed esercizi utilizzati in teatro per favorire l'autoconoscenza del corpo e della voce ed il consolidamento di una consapevolezza individuale. E' previsto un lavoro approfondito sulla concentrazione e sull'ascolto con particolare attenzione alle problematiche individuali specifiche. Lo studio è imperniato sull'utilizzo di un testo, inizialmente proposto dall'insegnante, attraverso cui esplorare l'efficacia della propria comunicabilità, individuare I propri limiti e imparare a trasformarli in punti di forza. Le sessioni prevedono una parte pratica di “allenamento” fisico con esercizi di respirazione, rafforzamento del diaframma e conoscenza della propria vocalità. Seguono giochi e tecniche che si focalizzano sull'aumento della concentrazione e dell'ascolto per imparare a tenere l'attenzione di un pubblico e a controllare le proprie ansie. Infine ci si allena sul testo, leggendo a voce alta davanti ad un leggio, “interpretando” e utilizzando la propria creatività. Show less
