Laura joined SRC at the end of 2019, as Business Operations Manager and has received multiple promotions during this time due to her hard-work, diligence and strategic input. She has been integral to the growth of Small Robot Company as she has been responsible for the aggressive hiring strategy that took the business from 10+ people to 50+ people. Not only has she delivered quantity, each hire has also been meticulously made to ensure a good cultural fit with the business and of high calibre. Despite her career growth to high-level strategic input for the business, she has remained very tactical when needed and due to her pro-activity she often sees problems, and resolves them, before they even occur. She has transitioned from a member of my team to a peer, therefore it’s more likely that I would be recommending she work with me, rather than for me, but I would make the recommendation without a second thought and any business is lucky to have Laura in their team.
