My role at Pier covers three administrative areas; operations, credit control and marketing As the Operations Administrator I deal with a number of projects, including managing our CRM system and our practices, policies and contracts to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant. Last year I organised an overhaul of policies and procedures to ensure that we were GDPR compliant by May 2018. As Credit Controller I manage setting up accounts, build rapport with key contacts, oversee account credit limits, deal with invoice queries, monitor payment performance and collections and forecast collections. As the marketer I am responsible for implementing a strategy to cover social, e-mail, direct mail and content marketing in addition to data cleansing our CRM to ensure we are targeting the right contacts. I regularly generate industry-specific content for newsletters and blog articles. I am also working towards a website refresh this year.

Employed as a Recruitment Administrator in a team of only two, I quickly took ownership of the day to day running of the office whilst my manager focused on new business.
