The Project Manager has partial responsibility for the projects with knowledge management,contracts and contract management and personnel projects. Business Operations Developer has overall responsibility for social and healthcare -enterprise preparation for self-surveillance, hospital ward services and rehabilitation services. The self- surveillance project is closely related to the self- surveillance program of the social and healtcare organizer, whereby the cooperation is reciprocal. It is important for the Business Operations Developer to identify the self-surveillance of service production belonging to the social and healtcare -enterprise as a whole as part of the Uusimaa’s surveillance-project. Business Operations Developer is responsible for the overall coordination and responsibility for the functions and work progress of the rehabilitation care process and hospital ward service care process preparation teams and their working groups. Under the leadership of Business Operations Developer, the work of preparatory teams working on projects aims to form provincial, customer-focused and integrated service packages. The cross-sectional service packages for hospital ward services and rehabilitation care process seek to look at care and service chains and model them under the leadership of Business Operations Developer.
