I wish I had gotten Laura on our customer support team sooner, that's the short of it. She got up to speed on all our softwares so fast I thought I had whiplash. She was professional, extremely detailed, just a complete superstar. She asks smart questions, is hyper-aware of the team dynamic, and really cares about doing a good job. She's an adept customer service agent, and seems happy there, but would do extremely well in a manager-level position. I hope I get to work with her again.

Laura is an outstanding coworker and anyone would be lucky to have her on their team. She is an extremely fast learner and takes genuine pride in being able to help others comprehend new ideas and take responsibility for their roles. She has excellent customer conduct and people skills.
