A passionate job with various branches and a great focus on the insurance-technical aspect of the liability claims handling . Focus on examine the new claims, reporting to the insurer as well as contact with the external parties involved, such as lawyers, experts, third parties, ... The loss statistics were clearly discussed with the clients during meetings, there was also a presence at meetings for the more complex discuss the liability files with the various parties.My experience in the real estate sector was also useful, as Concordia is the broker for all Dutch-speaking real estate agents in Belgium - In addition, I kept in close contact with AXA, which manages a large part of the portfolio.

After a short break in the insurance, I was given the opportunity to start working at AXA. Another side of the insurance, namely: wearing the insurance mantle - but with a full focus on the insurance terms, the applicable policy conditions, customer needs, ... I really enjoyed taking on this challenge! A nice challenge that taught me a lot. However, my brokerage feeling continued to itch and after two years of service at AXA I was contacted by Concordia with an offer that I could not avoid.

A new turn in the career with a focus on the real estate sector. Because of my eagerness to learn, punctuality and perseverance, I seized this opportunity with both hands. From the general communication to the parties involved, to the administrative fine-tuning, putting the website in order, advertisements to going through the sales agreements. A job with a lot of diversity and many possibilities! Despite the challenge, this experience was short-lived as I missed my job in the insurance way too much.

After three months I was assigned a few clients by the manager and I blossomed into a full-fledged claims handler.

After several courses and various internships, I have been able to enjoy the pleasure of animate children for years during their school holidays. This job included various branches such as: Setting up activities, preparing material, discussions with colleagues. But the focus was mainly on the pedagogically responsible way of dealing with children! Internal career opportunities occurred and after two years I was appointed as the main animator. In this position I was in charge of evaluating and assisting a full team of animators where necessary. I examine the planned activities, evaluated the execution of these and after each camp I had to evaluate the animators on their capacities.

Weekend and holiday work. - Stopped by my permanent contract with AON. Open the store with the colleague and prepare everything for the opening. Focus on customer service in accordance with the requirement in a bakery, catering business. Packing the ordered goods but also the new goods. Every customer was personally assisted by his servant until the end and this person was also responsible for handling the purchase including payment. After the opening hours we were responsible for closing and cleaning up the store. During the holidays, we also worked closely with the caterer's business and we had to prepare the order and go over with the customers.
