I kept track of all of the technicians and made sure that they made it to the job locations on time. I contacted customers and gave them etas' for the technicians. I also called the main office and notated all accounts. I dealt with customer concern calls and made sure all jobs were completed. I did all invoicing for the technicians and used excel for payroll.
