  Thanks to the activity and experience learned managing licensing product in previous role, I was entitled to follow one of the most important IP of Activision: the Skylanders franchise.I’m the first interface between the EU BU representative andthe local team reporting directly to the EU General Manager. The objective of this role is to grow the brand leading and executing AAA mktg PR and trade initiatives exploiting also co-mktg operation together with all new licensees in order to improve the awareness of the franchise in this country. In the last 3 years the franchise entered in the top 3 value videogame franchise. Since launch it maintained the leadership of the toy to life category market despite the entering of new titles in Italy. I was able to secure deal with Gazzetta dello Sport, Ferrero, Perfetti VanMelle, Nestlè enlarging the franchise in this country. I was also responsible for promotional activity with EU partner having followed the McDonalds Happy Meal deal in the last couple of years in the EU territories. Show less

  In April 2010 I took a wider responsibility looking after EU business of a portfolio of titles mainly focused on movie games releases. I managed to work with first parties, licensors and movie companies linked to our games in order to coordinate at EU level the launch of our games trying to exploit as much as possible all the synergies and co- mktg activities linked to these license titles. I managed to work from Italy with 7 brand managers located in ATVI subsidiaries. I managed P&L in all regions plus a direct responsibility of full MNP titles P&L for Italy, Spain and Emerging Market.
