Apart from this, I am also responsible for pool cleanliness, performing pool tests and ensuring opening up and closing up procedures are done correctly. Prior to qualifying as a swimming teacher I was an in pool assistant for Individuality Swimming. This meant I had to take instructions from the teacher and I also had to ensure the safety of the swimmers as well as trying to maximise swimmer engagement. Show less
