Brilliant strategic operator I worked with Laura on the Kickstart Project and her Account Management and Strategic skills were of great benefit to the team. Able to build robust relationships at speed, understanding client issues and exceeding client and business objectives, Laura excelled at Client Service. Phenomenal organisational skills and strength in strategic planning means Laura is always ahead of the game, looking to work with clients and their business with pro-active foresight, never on the back foot. Plus, she brings a heap of writing and comms skills to the table, making her a brilliant support for any creative business.

I first met Laura when our company acquired the environmental trade shows she was working on. Laura immediately stood out to us as a professional operator successfully juggling multiple priorities in some fairly trying circumstances. Laura's positive attitude shone through in the early days but, as we got to know her a little better, it was the quality of her work which really impressed us. A skilled multi tasker who excelled at developing strong business relationships with critical partners and suppliers. Laura's role was to deliver a very large relevant and engaged B2B audience which she did to record levels with very little resource - a very impressive feat! I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Laura.

To assist the owners with their reopening and transition into takeaway-only during the lockdown period, I provided marketing and social media support. This included planning exciting Instagram content and updating menus/signage. Browndog Coffee successfully and safely reopened; and saw a boost in audience growth, revenue and new customers. A fiercely sought after job and airline, the recruitment process was highly competitive; only 3% of worldwide applicants are successful. I relished this challenge and opportunity to travel the world. Whilst perfecting my world class customer service, I completed vigorous training in fire fighting, security, restraint techniques, medical emergencies, emergency landing and evacuation management. Tasks also included: booking couriers, researching venues for events, scheduling meetings/catering, formatting and proofing HR documents, arranging travel/accommodation, and diary management. When my temp Receptionist position came to an end, I was asked to remain in the company as Administration Officer providing account management to Lotto retailers. Show less

In order to fund my upcoming working holiday visa for New Zealand, I became a Customer Service Advisor for E.On Energy. Responsible for resolving customer queries and identifying sales opportunities. This role required exceptional customer service skills, faultless product knowledge and the ability to accurately input information whilst multi-tasking. I worked under strict compliance regulations, call handling deadlines and targets - all of which I exceeded and relished. A hectic and varied position for an iconic football club; I frequently worked under crucial and often sporadic deadlines due to the fast paced nature of the sports industry. I had copious amounts of marketing, business admin, hospitality and customer service responsibilities. Tasks incorporated managing a small marketing team, providing assistance to the previous Operations Manager and liaising with all departments and club partners. I balanced a demanding final year of University with volunteering as a marketing consultant for Age UK Northumberland. I provided a marketing plan on how to appropriately and cost-efficiently launch a campaign for a their new ‘handyman service’. This involved putting aside time weekly to conduct research, establishing media opportunities, developing creative methods to generate awareness, and pitching the ideas to the charity in a formal presentation.
