      Smartourism Contract - Sales & Marketing In this role I trained hotel concierges and info centres on my clients' activity trips and managed sales through these channels. MajorDomo Contract - Sales, Reservations & Customer Service In this role I managing enquiries for stays at the portfolio of luxury villas where ac-commodation was $550 to $20,000 per night. I worked with the Property Manager to prepare villas for arrival and undertook meet and greet and worked closely with the directors of this startup business to set operating procedures and install a sales ap-proach to the reservation process. Fiji Travel Network Contract - Reservations Coordinator In this role I fielded enquiries and processed reservations. Sales skills and high atten-tion to detail were essential as we co-ordinated island accommodation with boat and seaplane transfers. I also dealt directly with guests who encountered problems arising from hurricanes and cyclones.
