    • Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant
      • Jun 2013 - May 2014

My previous role was working for Ted Baker in their Ecommerce department under Customer Services. For this position I had to actively promote and support the brand, follow press releases, be aware of current trends and keep up to date with all our social media platforms. Working for the head office of such an expanding and prestigious fashion outlet has greatly developed my communication skills, my ability to work under pressure and how to organise my workload. Duties included responding to customers, wholesale and supplier and promotional enquiries through social media, email, post and phone. The office is the first point of call for enquiries for Ted Baker across the globe; this greatly improved my interpersonal skills. Alongside these tasks were daily administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, updating spread sheets and process financial information whilst always adhering to the Data Protection Act. • Jul 2011 - Jun 2013

I was employed on the Cath Kidston concession in Selfridges department store as a senior sales associate. The main objective of this role was to be customer focused whilst driving sales and hitting targets. This also meant encouraging my team to do the same, creating incentives and delegating the workload accordingly. Whilst supporting my management team I would make decisive decisions on how to improve branch performance. I would also train new members of staff on health and safety regulations, handling deliveries and mystery shops. I enjoyed being an ambassador for the brand and providing customers with excellent product knowledge whilst ensuring visual standards of the shop floor were maintained at all times. Show less
