  I started my own yoga and meditation practice around 7 years ago when I was recovering from surgery, I quickly fell in love with Vinyasa practice I was amazed by the healing attributes of yoga on the physical body and the strength it allowed me to build in such a short space of time and I wanted to learn more!!Fast forward 7 years and I’m even more hooked than before, I quickly came to learn that Yoga is much more than the Asana’s. Yoga is about nourishing yourself, it’s a transformative journey for your own body and mind.I am extremely passionate about helping others fall in love with Yoga and Meditation and ultimately themselves. My focus is on safe alignment, empowering people so they are able to find release, heal and live a more peaceful life. I have carried out volunteer work within my professional life treating patients in overseas countries such as East Timor, Burma and Nepal, all the while taking with me the practice of yoga and sharing all of wonderful things that brings. I also hold a certificate in Swedish massage. I am confident to teach Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow as well as guide meditation and mindfulness classes. I feel that I am compassionate,fun loving with a very down to earth nature. I always maintain my sense of humour. I receive a great deal of satisfaction and sense of accomplishment from giving my time to others from all different backgrounds and cultures… A smile can change someones whole day!
