  As White Horse Employment’s Recruitment Assistant, I assist both the Temporary and Permanent Recruitment Divisions with all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle; including resourcing, pre-screen, profiling, interviewing and registration, client liaison, interview and booking confirmations, careers advice and customer care programmes for both jobseekers and hirers alike. Whilst meeting our candidates on a “one-to-one” basis, I am also responsible for advising on specific recruitment procedures and legislation paying special attention to entitlements available under the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR). I also assist with lead development and will shortly begin account management for the Temporary Recruitment Division.
