I worked with Laura for 2 years when she joined our full-stack product engineering team as a new grad. Within months she was leading the development of major inter-departmental features. By her first year, she was leading our teams' scrum. I contribute her outstanding progress to 3 key skills. First, she proactively seeks input from various technical experts, and is able to customize her own best-fit architecture from different approaches. Secondly, she is a thorough technical documenter. From the early scoping stages with product, down to in-line comments, she is able to make her approach understandable to anyone from new engineers to marketing and design leads. Finally, her eye for detail can quickly find blind-spots in architecture design and find small bugs. Witnessing Laura grow into her engineering career confidence has been truly inspiring. She's an asset for any team she's on.

Laura is a bright, energetic, and driven engineer. She joined my team as a new grad and I watched her fit right in and get to work. She asked all the right questions to get herself unblocked and then turned around to share the knowledge she'd gained so that others wouldn't have to fall into the same traps. She's adept at both technical details and all the organization and glue work that holds a team together. Her attention to detail keept us all headed in the right direction - and as the Agile Coach for the team she did all her own work while keeping her finger on the pulse of the other engineers too. In short, she was fantastic to work with and I would do so again in an instant.
