When I think of Laura, the first thing that comes to mind is a true jack of all trades. During my time working alongside Laura, she owned various roles and responsibilities based on the company needs and adapted and excelled in each and every one of them. I had the pleasure of working alongside Laura on launching a large company initiative (which at the time was a first for the both of us). Amongst impending deadlines, external pressures, and introducing a brand new channel to the product - Laura kept her composure, did the heavy lifting, and translated ambiguous technical milestones into marketable value props while ensuring cross functional teams were well informed. Laura’s intimate knowledge of the product and our customers gave me tremendous confidence as we assessed the best approach to upcoming launches. Above all, Laura’s heart and the way she uplifted others, always willing to lend a helping hand and make sure teams are supported was my favorite part about working with her. She’s sharp, loyal, dedicated and will never leave a page unturned. Any team would be so lucky to have Laura on board.

I managed Laura when I was Director of Product Marketing at Drip. Laura joined my team from a technical writing role as she had a strong interest in exploring product marketing as a career path. Laura very quickly picked up the fundamentals of product marketing, demonstrating strong writing, project management, and technical skills. Laura just got better with every piece of content she wrote, GTM plan she devised, or positioning she created. Put simply, Laura is the kind of person you always want on your team - very well organized, learns quickly, produces quality output and leans in to make things happen. I alway trusted her to get things done. Laura would be an asset to any product marketing team!

As a Content Strategy and UX Intern at NovuHealth I had the exciting opportunity to learn about complex company products, solutions and how they add value to the larger healthcare industry. I established tone and voice for all products through tone and voice workshops. I also conducted a content audit which included gathering and scoring all content (IVR, SMS, digital, email, and print) to enhance consistency, channel best practices and health literacy.
