      I was the interim manager from May 2018-August 2018 and assisted with breeding management of 15-20 broodmares and 1-3 stallions. Duties included: palpation, transrectal ultrasonography of mares, artificial insemination, stallion collection, semen cooling and freezing, training young stallions the collection procedure, and assistance with research sample collection. I also assisted with undergraduate equine training classes including halter breaking, advanced groundwork, and colt starting.

My research focused on digestibility of diets containing varying fat sources and the effect on fermentation in the cecum using cecally cannulated horses.
