  I lead the performance psychology program for the British Diving Team and provide psychological support within the sport as required. Specifically, I contribute to the design and implementation of the Performance Psychology strategy within the Centres of Excellence. I deliver psychological interventions to identified podium athletes, and design and deliver camp-based sport psychology intervention programmes to support athletes and coaches in England Talent and Podium Potential. I also designed and implemented specific individual and team strategies used in the preparation of both the Rio and Tokyo Olympic Team divers, as well as the coaches and staff.
