  As a Team leader I was expected to manage a team of 15 mentors as well as managing my own caseload and clients. Duties included multi agency meetings, supervisions and appraisals, support with recruitment, reporting to stakeholders as well as liaising with colleague and young people. Alongside these responsibilities, I then held a caseload which involved one to one sessions with young people aged 12-20 to help empower, support and advocate for them to ensure they felt heard. Due to the nature of job I was expected to be on call and offer support during evenings and weekends, ultimately meaning that I am flexible and hard working. Show less
