Responsible for the implementation of the programs across the different bases, ensuring the steering and the development of a pertinent, appropriate and technically sound program strategy. I supervise the Program unit, including two Technical Coordinators (Medical Coordinator and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Coordinator) and the MEAL department. Our objective is to ensure a quality intervention throughout our projects. In Colombia, our intervention focused on Health, including SRH, MHPSS and Protection - PUI runs clinics and support vulnerable communities in areas affected by conflicts and migration.In collaboration with the Head of Mission, we develop country fundraising strategy and lead external representation and positioning of PUI.A straight collaboration with the support departments is needed to contribute to the program´s financial control, HR staff management and the logistic achievement in order to guarantee the implementation of the programs.
