 Responsible for the oversight, daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of Boundary surveys, Permit Plats, Pipeline plats, Pipeline Easement Plats and Permitting of wells, to meet the deadlines as laid out by the client.  Tasked with training and helping our technicians learn the process of our firm and client’s preferences in a timely fashion. Make sure to build a team atmosphere within all departments to improve efficiency and accuracy while still meeting the client’s deadlines.  Schedule meetings with potential new clients, and explain what services we offer to meet their needs, the accuracy we can achieve, and the schedules we can offer. Perform site visits to ensure safety standards are being met with our field crews. Coordinate schedules with both the field crews and other Project Managers to make sure resources are properly allocated to meet all our customer’s deadlines. Rectify any challenges presented by the Rail Road Commission or provide the necessary documentation to support the plat as submitted.
