Architect Assistant
-
Jun 2015 - Aug 2015
Once second year was finished, I was prepared to keep myself busy with a three month internship. Vitrocsa are a warm welcoming company all with different backgrounds helping you understand the architecture/politics in all different cultures. Working alongside the architect herself, I was able to import plans to quote the clients windows/doors enabling to price the project. Once my confidence grew stronger in a month I was able to have one on one conversations with high end architects to provide them with the best products suitable to there project. When we got projects I was then given the task of creating plans and elevations for the on site installers. Show less

Design Development

Jan 2015 - Feb 2015
2015 was the year of pushing myself to achieve different skills and prepare myself for the industry of interior architecture and design. Hampshire light are a family company which made me feel welcome within the work. I was working alongside two other design development managers helping me to achieve atmospheric lighting within clients homes. My role was to import lighting onto a plan with dimensions of distance from wall to centre of the light. This then progressed onto using a special software for lighting showing heat spots and visuals for the clients. Show less
