Facilitation involves weaving high-level strategic aims together with on-the-ground labour. Organizing, reporting, scheduling, packing groceries, applying for grants, checking in with members, overseeing marketing efforts, participating in board meetings, connecting with other co-ops and non-profits in the community, and so on… never bored!
